Located in an already gentrified district of Bangkok, the Ploenchit Tower is a 250-meter-tall mixed-use building housing retail, hotel, commercial and residential uses. The scheme developed is highly user friendly and sustainable, minimizing solar gain, reusing and capturing most of its water, generating a large percentage of its electricity.
